OK, here's where we're at:
Engine: 1600 Single Port with Doghouse Oil Cooler. 009 Distributor.
Compression: #1: 110 #2: 112 #3: 124 #4: 115
Electrical: New remanufactured starter, new ignition with key. The rest of the electrical system will require further inspection (lights, blinkers, etc...)
Brakes: New wheel cylinders, master cylinder, rubber hoses, one new steel hose. Pads & drums look OK.
Transmission: No grinding but occasionally slips out of 4th gear. This may require anything from an adjustment to a rebuild. I simply hold my hand on the shifter while in gear and it goes down the road fine.
Body: New front floor panels, but still has common bus rust issues; rockers need replacement (about $50.00 per side), the doglegs are a little crunchy. You should really inspect in person. The metal's available at several places at moderate prices.
I'm working on another project and have put this panel on the back burner for now...
You can take it from here for $6500.00 and continue the work,,, or drive it the way it is.
*Rack not included
Thanks, Tom
